Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Where applicable consumer regulations provide for a right of withdrawal — in particular for consumers located in the European Union — the Customer has 30 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without being required to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact us by email at contact@sleepbump.co.uk before the applicable deadline expires.
Return Conditions
To facilitate the processing of your return:
The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging and accessories where available.
The product must only be handled to the extent necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.
The Customer must provide their order details to allow identification of the return.
Where permitted by applicable regulations, a depreciation may be applied if the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless otherwise stated by SleepBump Ltd, or where applicable regulations require the seller to bear these costs, the direct costs of returning the product are borne by the Customer.
DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or does not conform to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include your order number and, where possible, attach photographs documenting the issue.
We will review your request and advise you of the applicable procedure for replacement, repair, or refund of the product, in accordance with your rights under applicable regulations.
The return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or non-conforming items are borne by the customer.

REFUNDS
Where a refund is applicable, it will be issued using the same payment method as the original order, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer or technically impossible.
The refund will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the returned item.
For returns exercised under the right of withdrawal, where applicable European consumer law applies, the refund may be deferred until the product has been recovered or until the Customer provides proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
The time for the refund to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
