Pregnancy Pillow Aids

There is no set rule, but most mums-to-be start using a SleepBump pillow during their second trimester (around week 20) when their bump starts to grow and sleeping becomes uncomfortable. However, many customers buy them in their first trimester to help with back pain or simply to get used to sleeping on their side!

U-Shaped & G-Shaped (Full Body): Perfect if you want 360-degree support for your head, back, bump, and legs. It prevents you from rolling onto your back during the night.

J-Shaped: Ideal if you want full-body support but share a smaller bed, as it takes up less space than the U-Shape.

Wedge Pillows: The best choice for targeted support (like placing it just under your bump or behind your back) and great for travelling.

Yes, absolutely! We know that convenience is key. All SleepBump pregnancy pillows come with a removable, machine-washable cover. Simply unzip the cover and wash it on a gentle cycle at 30°C to keep it fresh and clean.

Safety is our top priority. Our pillows are filled with premium, hypoallergenic cotton and are strictly free from harsh chemicals and flame retardants. Whether you choose our velvet, cotton, or bamboo cooling covers, they are all ultra-soft and gentle on sensitive skin.

Yes! A SleepBump pillow is a fantastic investment for your postpartum journey. Our pillows are widely used as nursing/breastfeeding cushions to support your baby and reduce strain on your arms and back. They are also great for tummy time or simply relaxing on the sofa.

To reduce our carbon footprint and ensure safe transit, we vacuum-pack our large pillows. Once opened, give your pillow a good shake and massage the filling. It will naturally expand and reach its full, fluffy shape within 24 to 48 hours.
